Purpose of the Job
The aim and purpose of this position is to ensure best image of the KTS is put forward on initial meeting – best practices of Customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
• All responsibilities of a Receptionist.
• Collection follow-up from time to time on direction of Retail Sales Manager.
• Draft Emails.
• Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Receive all visitors in a professional/friendly manner and direct them to the concerned officer.
• Perform certain typing and secretarial work as required by the line manager.

• Call Students to deliver messages.
• (For detailed duties, refer to the Operations’ Handbook).
• Additional tasks may be delegated as per the requirement.

Job Specification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service is required and must be from an accredited institution/university.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Customer Service or alternatively a minimum of 1 year experience in the Vocational training Industry within G.C.C. region.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Ability
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to Draft Emails, Letter Drafting, Good Handwriting.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.
• Typing: > 50 words per minute.
• Effective planning and organizing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Personality Traits: Good Customer service, Confident, Alert, Polite, Attractive Personality.
