In this introduction to cargo short course, students will learn basic cargo procedures, how to operate freight forwarders and airline cargo units, IATA geography and more.
An IATA Diploma is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 60% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
By successfully completing the examination one would receive IATA Cargo Introductory Diploma.
