The Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to effectively supervise and coordinate administrative functions within an organization. The qualification prepares learners to manage administrative operations, support organizational objectives, and lead administrative teams in a professional business environment.

Learners will develop the ability to organize and manage meetings, coordinate information and documentation systems, oversee administrative processes, manage personal and team performance, and represent their organization professionally. Non-mandatory but recommended)
